White film with high barrier: multilayer material produced by combining PET, PE EVOH, and PE. The PE EVOH barrier is impermeable to oxygen, carbon dioxide, and aromas.
Transparent film with high barrier: support made by combining PET, PE EVOH, and PE. It is impermeable to oxygen, carbon dioxide, and aromas, allowing you to see the content of the pouch.
Paper/aluminum with high barrier: multilayer material composed of paper, aluminum, and PE. It protects the content from moisture, impacts, and UV rays.
Aluminum: multilayer material composed of BOPET/Aluminum/PET/PE-EVOH-PE for glossy finish; BOPP MAT or SOFT TOUCH/Aluminum/PET/PE-EVOH-PE for matte finish. Aluminum ensures high protection of aromas and organoleptic properties of the contained product, as well as excellent printing results.
Recyclable paper with high barrier: multilayer material composed of 80 gsm paper and PE EVOH PE 30 μm plastic material. It is suitable for food contact, but not resistant to oil and not suitable for oily consistency products such as butter, mustard, mayonnaise, etc. The barrier isolates aromas, provides excellent moisture protection, and has excellent impact resistance.

Pet Food Packaging with Zip and Hole

If you want to give customers the option to reseal your pouches once opened, we recommend adding a zipper closure. Additionally, to facilitate the display of your products, you can also add a top hole to the pet food packaging. Remember not to place important graphics or text over the hole: download the Template to create a correct print file.
