Listening to customers
Monitoring customer satisfaction is crucial, and to achieve this we use tools that collect reviews and comments from everyone who places an order. These are independent, fully transparent platforms, where users can describe their experience of using our services and purchasing goods from us. We do not intervene in the process of collecting and publishing the reviews in any way. We constantly monitor feedback, and every negative review inspires us to keep improving the quality we offer, day in, day out.
Quality as standard
Quality is our main objective, not just in our production, but throughout the whole company. During onboarding, new colleagues receive detailed training on the various processes we carry out and on the value of this training for Pixartprinting. We believe it is important to keep colleagues at all levels informed about the results we have achieved and the new projects we are embarking upon, and we are constantly conducting internal audits. We have a created a series of 'Pixartprinting Handbooks' to support each employee in their work.
Our procurement processes are based on a search for a competitive advantage, loyalty and impartiality, and permanent opposition to all forms of national and international organised crime. We ask all our suppliers to guarantee quality and sustainability. When they work with us, they sign a code of conduct that confirms their work processes comply fully with our principles on environmental protection.
