These terms and conditions (the "Starway Terms and Conditions") govern the rules of membership and the functioning of the "STARWAY" loyalty programme, which is managed and organised by Pixartprinting S.p.A. with sole shareholder, subject to the management and coordination of Cimpress plc,y with headquarters at Via 1° Maggio, 8, 30020 - Quarto d’Altino (Province of Venice), Italy, VAT no. IT04061550275, Tax code (Codice Fiscale) 04061550275 (“Pixartprinting”) for the benefit of certain categories of its customers who make purchases through the Pixartprinting website (the "Website"). These Starway Terms and Conditions do not affect the rights and remedies granted to consumers pursuant to the law in force in the country of the Customer’s place of residence or legal domicile.
“Active member”
A client who enters into one of the tree STARWAY Loyalty Program levels.
“Inactive member”
A client who does not enter into one of the tree STARWAY Loyalty Program levels any longer.
“Annual Membership”
Is a period during which an Active Member may use STARWAY Loyalty program within one calendar year, starting from 1 January and finishing on 31 December. At the end of each calendar year membership automatically expires and may be reactivated by Pixartprinting starting from the beginning of the next calendar year, based on the obligatory entry requirements, i.e. number of orders and order value of previous calendar year.
“Client”
Any Legal or private body registered with Pixartprinting and which has made orders on Pixartprinting’s online site.
STARWAY is a loyalty program specifically designed for Pixartprinting S.p.A., with sole shareholder, subject to the management and coordination of Cimpress plc (“Pixartprinting”) clients who have the requirements to enter into one of the 3 levels, called Star, Red Giant and Supernova.
By entering into STARWAY, clients will received a series of free services including extra discounts and personalised customer care.
STARWAY loyalty program enrolment is carried out directly by Pixartprinting.
At the moment of enrolment, Clients will be enlisted into one of the tree STARWAY levels: (i) Star, (ii) Red Giant, e (iii) Supernova.
After accepting these terms and conditions, Clients will receive email confirmation of their Annual Membership and will be considered as "Active Member". To activate the STARWAY membership, client must confirm the membership acceptance by following the instructions laid out in the notification email.
Clients may not have a multiple membership. Every membership enrolment will be made on an individual base and will be assigned to one individual only, who will be the only holder of the card.
STARWAY membership may be active for a maximum period of 12 months. After expiry all new membership enrolments will be granted by Pixartprinting at the beginning of the new calendar year.
Active Members who wish to terminate their STARWAY membership may do so by sending a Membership Cancelation Email to support@pixartprinting.com. As a result, all benefits and advantages connected to the STARWAY programme will cease.
Pixartprinting may nevertheless suspend STARWAY membership if these Starway Terms and Conditions are violated or if a Customer's behaviour is considered by Pixartprinting in its sole discretion inappropriate or fraudulent, with subsequent removal of their Active Member status. In such case, all the advantages and benefits connected to the STARWAY programme will be suspended immediately.
The STARWAY Loyalty programme consists of three levels: (i) Star, (iii) Red Giant and (iii) Supernova.
Star is the first and entry level; Red Giant is the second level and Supernova is the third and highest level of the programme.
The requirements for joining one of the three levels are based on the number of orders placed in a year and the “total annual spend” (the net value excluding cancelled orders and applicable taxes), with the following criteria:

Every year, Pixartprinting will send Customers an email update on their membership status (“welcome”, “confirmation/renewal”, “level upgrade/downgrade” or “membership cancellation”) at the beginning of January, based on the results calculated during the previous calendar year. The new membership cards will be sent out within 4-6 weeks, once members have had their status confirmed or modified or been informed that their membership has been cancelled and the programme has been launched for the current year.
Pixartprinting reserves the right to change the criteria for assigning membership levels at any time.
Active Members “Star”, “Red Giant” and “Supernova”, regardless of their location have exclusive advantages and benefits as members of STARWAY program.
All promotions and advantages will be communicated monthly by Pixartprinting via e-mail. Moreover, there will be a specific area on the Pixartprinting website dedicated to STARWAY Loyalty Program.

All services and promotions for STARWAY program are provided and delivered by Pixartprinting S.p.A., A Cimpress company only if these Terms and Conditions are accepted.
Pixartprinting reserves the right to change and modify STARWAY Loyalty program structure, necessary requirements for participating in the program, benefits, offers and all other program characteristics described in these Terms and Conditions. Furthermore, Pixartprinting reserves the rights to stop or suspend STARWAY program at any time, given it is a free and promotional service which is not a subject to any contract related to individual orders or any other contractual bond between Pixartprinting and its Clients.
Pixartprinting will inform “Active Members” of any changes related to STARWAY program Terms and Conditions. “Active Members” will acknowledge these changes and get updates by directly accessing STARWAY Terms and Conditions on Pixartprinting website. By continuing to act as an “Active Member” of the STARWAY program, “Active Members” are deemed to have read and understood changes and modifications of the STARWAY Terms and Conditions.
Service and promotions presented by STARWAY program cannot be combined with other current offers, and only one and the most beneficial offer for the Clients will prevail.
Service and promotions related to STARWAY program are not negotiable or transferable in cash or vouchers, and may not be assigned to any third party.
Pixartprtinting is not responsible for any damages or losses deriving from acceptance or implementation of any conditions or changes specified by STARWAY program, except wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
For any further questions with reference to STARWAY program, every “Active Member” will contact Pixartprinting Customer Service, referencing their “Active Member” number.
Present Terms and Conditions are subject to the Italian Law. For purchases made by Customers that can be defined as consumers, the consumer law in force in the Customer’s place of residence or legal domicile shall apply.
All disputes regarding the interpretation and/or implementation of these Starway Terms and Conditions fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of:
- the court of Venice (Italy), for purchases made by Customers that cannot be defined as consumers; or
- the court of the Customer's place of residence or legal domicile, for purchases made by Customers that can be defined as consumers.
Consumers resident in the European Union should be aware that the European Commission has launched an online platform that provides an alternative tool for resolving disputes. This tool can be used by European consumers to resolve any dispute concerning and/or deriving from sales contracts of goods and services entered into online, without court proceedings. As a result, and notwithstanding the provisions set out above in this section H, Customers qualifying as consumers who make purchases may use this platform to resolve any dispute arising from the online contract entered into with Pixartprinting. The " Starway Terms and Conditions" are not retroactive to the date of revision.
A PIXARTPRO voucher is a voucher awarded to you on the first day of every month if you exceed one of four monthly spend thresholds.
On the last day of each month, the final monthly spend will be calculated, and (assuming the total is above the lowest minimum threshold) a PIXARTPRO voucher will be generated. The monthly spend is calculated from the total spent on print jobs that have been paid for and dispatched with a delivery date set for within the same month, excluding any discounts or other vouchers, VAT and postage and packaging.
For example, to calculate the monthly spend for May, which will be used to generate a PIXARTPRO voucher to use in June, only the total amount spent on print jobs that have been paid for and dispatched with a delivery date before the end of May will be considered, excluding discounts or other vouchers, VAT and postage and packing.
When you reach a certain monthly spend threshold and thereby earn a PIXARTPRO voucher, it fully replaces the PIXARTPRO vouchers earned for lower monthly spend thresholds. Customers do not also accumulate the vouchers for previous thresholds upon reaching the intermediate thresholds and the highest threshold. Reaching a threshold leads to the award of a set monthly voucher that effectively replaces the vouchers from the thresholds below.
No, totals accrued on different accounts cannot be combined, even if they belong to the same person or company. PIXARTPRO will only be active on the account you use for the Starway programme.
In the PIXARTPRO section of the My Account area you can check the current total and total for jobs in progress at any time. The current total displays the total net amount spent (excluding discounts or vouchers, VAT, postage and packaging) on print jobs that have been dispatched with a delivery date that falls in the current month. Your voucher will be generated based on this total if you reach the required threshold. The total for jobs in progress displays the sum of the net totals (excluding discounts or vouchers, VAT, postage and packaging) for print jobs that have not yet been dispatched with a delivery date in the current month. Remember that the current total is used to calculate your vouchers – it is therefore important that you proceed to payment and upload a print-ready file so your print jobs can be printed and dispatched before the end of the month!
Before ordering
When choosing your product, and before adding it to your basket, you have the option of choosing the estimated delivery date.
Once you have added the product to your basket, and before confirming the order, the summary shows the estimated delivery date for each print job.
After ordering
Once you have uploaded your file and paid, you can see the scheduled delivery date for each print job next to the status of the file by clicking on the order number in the My Orders section of the My Account area.
Pixartprinting will send you an email when each item is dispatched. You can also check whether your print job has been dispatched in the My Orders section of the My Account area.
Say an order is placed on 28th March containing two print jobs: one with a delivery date set for 30th March, and the other for 2nd April. In this case the first print job, if dispatched as scheduled, will go towards the PIXARTPRO voucher to use during April (assuming at least the first threshold has been reached), while the second print job will go towards the voucher to use during May (because the delivery date is set for April).
Each PIXARTPRO voucher is valid for one month and expires at the end of the month in which it is generated.
For example, a PIXARTPRO voucher awarded on 1st April will expire on 30th April.
You can look back at all transactions connected to your PIXARTPRO voucher and check the amount received that month in the PIXARTPRO section of the My Account area.
When placing an order, you can decide not to use your PIXARTPRO voucher at all, and save it for a future order. However, make sure you use it in the month it was generated, before it expires.
No, the voucher is applied to the entire order. If you decide to use a voucher on an order, you must use it for all print jobs within that order. It will be automatically divided between all of the items. Remember that in all cases the minimum cost of each print job is 1€.
Yes, you can use a PIXARTPRO voucher on an order that contains items on special offer.
