- I don’t like how the quality of the pads aren’t consistent. I ordered the same product (50 pads) twice and one set of 50 came out the wrong size. When I’ve contacted customer service, I seem to be going back and forth with them. They seem to be only willing to offer me a 20% discount on their error instead of a refund. That’s £80 for their error out of my pocket. I’m beyond frustrated it’s taken so long to have the issue resolved.
